Bed Bugs

Sleep tight, and don't let the bed bugs bite. Clever rhyme. It almost seems cliche when a parent tells their child this. When I was young I played it off as just some crazy thing that parents did, but as I aged I realized this warning was quite serious. Bed bugs are scary shit. They drink your blood while you sleep! They're basically small vampires! It is even more terrifying thinking that they are some fabled creature drawn up by some crazy parent trying to be cool by putting his child to sleep with a clever rhyme. The realization of the reality of bed bugs frightened me. I was taken back. "Really?" is the only thing that came to mind. I thought someone was messing with me when I found out. It is only now that I realize how serious the warning was. How I shouldn't have played it off. It only makes me think, are there other things my parents said that I thought were fake? I guess only time will tell.

Sleep tight, and please be wary of bed bugs.

Warlocks and Charlie Sheen

Any one else really tired of Charlie Sheen? "Negative publicity is good publicity." Not quite sure how that quote goes, but I think Mr. Sheen is taking it a bit too seriously.

He recently called himself a, "Vatican assassin warlock". Which may sound cool, but it also may anger others. A practicing warlock from Salem, the famed town that held witch trials, was deeply offended.

"I am going to magically bind Mr. Sheen, not to harm him, but to simply prevent him from using this word in such a negative manner in the future," Christian Day, a practicing warlock, told TMZ.

I can only imagine Charlie shaking in his thousand dollar boots as he sits in his mansion. He should most definitely be scared as to the strength of this warlock clan.

Fake sleep!

Pretending to be asleep when someone new enters an environment is an all time classic. What I don't understand is how effective it truly is. No one can ever see through this disguise. It's crazy. I just don't understand how people can't see through it! It's the simplest ploy, yet 100% effective. I love it. It's my go to move, and I never regret it.
